Naan Avanillai 2 (English: I am Not Him) is a 2009 Tamil romantic mystery film directed by Selva. It is the sequel to the Naan Avanillai (2007). Jeevan reprises the lead role, while the female roles are enacted by Sangeetha, Lakshmi Rai, Shweta Menon and Sruthi Prakash and Rachana Maurya. D. Imman, who did the film score for the first part of the film, replaced Vijay Antony as the music director. The film was released on 27 November 2009 to extremely negative reviews

Abhi, the son of GK, a multi-millionaire, looks down upon the poor. After he ends up losing his lover Janaki, he sets out on a journey to find her and learns few valuable lessons in life.

Kumbudraen Saamy (Arya) is a skilled thief who cons people for a living. His cross-eyed half-brother Walter Vanangamudi (Vishal Krishna)is not so good at at the same trade. They are born to the same father but to different mothers. The two men quarrel frequently and Saamy often pokes fun at Walter's shortcomings. Highness (GM Kumar) as he is dearly called by the brothers is a local zamindar who enjoy's the company of both Saamy and Walter and takes an affinity toward them and treats them as his own family. Once, a masked Walter breaks into Police Constable Baby's (Janani Iyer) house, but she recognizes the man and thwarts his attempt to rob them. Later they develop a fondness for each other, mostly born out of Walter's childish nature and submission to Baby's persuasiveness. Saamy too develops a relationship with Thenmozhi (Madhu Shalini) who cons him by giving him her fake gold bangles.

Gandhi is an IT guy who suffers from Pseudobulbar, and he uncontrollably laughs during stressful moments. He is taken to a Shiva temple and tied with a holy ornament, which is very strong, but it would bring a threat to him if separated.

Unakkul Naan (I'm Within You) is a film that travels through the mind of a kid. A school boy who happens to watch a film inside a theatre is put back to studies by his dad who works as a Film Operator at the same theatre. Later on the Kid jumps into his world of Fantasy where he feels the Joy of being a child and also understands the reality of human life and its elements. The Kid is been denied of mother's love as his mother is in the hands of god watching him from Heaven. This is a story of a Kid who loves and lives with his mom in his world of fantasies. This is a highly experimental Feature film shot inside A Theatre and has been portrayed through parallel cinema.

A lawyer, who defends criminals, wages vigilante justice against them in private. The movie deals with the murder of a girl who was ragged and brutally murdered by her classmates. The lawyer, through his own investigation arrives at the fact that she was brutally raped by college authorities and framed the students as culprits.

Pachiappan loves Anjala but cannot marry her till he makes a name for himself. He finds an opportunity when he meets Chakravorthy, his lookalike and a popular director.
